Gathering Wisata Bahari 2025
Protecting the Sea, Managing Marine Tourism.
Gambaran Umum
Gathering Wisata Bahari 2025 is a forum that brings together various stakeholders in the marine tourism sector to discuss, collaborate, and formulate strategies for the sustainable development of marine tourism. This activity typically involves local government officials, tourism industry players, tourism associations, marine communities, academics, and media, all of whom play a role in developing marine tourism destinations.
One of the Marine Tourism Gathering events was organized by the Denpasar City Tourism Office, bringing together various tourism stakeholders to strengthen synergy in developing marine tourism in Denpasar and its surrounding areas. The event has also been held at the Benoa Port area, which is known as one of Bali’s main centers for marine tourism activities.
Gathering Wisata Bahari is organized to strengthen synergy and collaboration among various stakeholders involved in the development of the marine tourism sector, including government authorities, tourism business actors, maritime communities, and tourism associations. Through this activity, participants can exchange information, experiences, and ideas related to the management and development of marine tourism destinations. The forum also serves as a platform to discuss improvements in service quality, supporting facilities, and safety standards in marine tourism activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. In addition to strengthening collaboration, the Marine Tourism Gathering aims to promote sustainable tourism development while preserving the marine and coastal environment. Discussions held during the event can generate recommendations and strategies to protect marine ecosystems, such as conserving coral reefs, managing marine waste, and increasing awareness among tourism actors about the importance of conservation. The event also serves to promote marine tourism potential more broadly to both domestic and international tourists, while acting as a platform to evaluate existing marine tourism programs to improve the quality of destination management in the future.
Media and Communication Execution
Through the targeted delivery of information and event publicity, the aim is to increase the visibility of the event and reach various stakeholders. This strategy includes preparing communication materials, disseminating information through relevant media, and consistently conveying the event’s messages to the public, tourism industry players, and related communities.
Through an integrated communication approach, the publicity activities are not only intended to inform about the event’s implementation but also to strengthen the event’s image as a platform for collaboration in supporting the sustainable development and promotion of marine tourism.
As part of the 2025 Marine Tourism Gathering activities, the team also coordinated to invite speakers from various stakeholders who play a key role in the development of marine tourism. Invited speakers included the Chairperson of the Indonesian Marine Tourism Business Association (GAHASWARI), the Head of Tourism Human Resource Development and Institutionalization, and the Director of ENA Dive Center. The presence of these speakers is expected to provide insights, experiences, and strategic perspectives on marine tourism development and strengthen collaboration between the government, industry players, and communities.
Color Palette: Vibration and National Pride
The colors used in the design of the 2025 Marine Tourism Gathering are dominated by a combination of sea blue, sky blue, and warm gradient tones such as orange and brown, representing the maritime atmosphere at sunset. The blue tones symbolize the sea, tranquility, and the identity of marine tourism, while the orange and golden hues reflect the sunset light, creating a warm, dynamic, and appealing impression. Neutral colors like cream and brown add visual balance and represent natural elements such as sand and the wood of phinisi boats. Overall, the color palette evokes a tropical, elegant, and harmonious ambiance in line with the marine tourism theme.
Translating Identity into Multi-Platform Execution
As the event implementation team, we are responsible for translating the concept and identity of the event into a well-structured and coordinated execution. This task includes managing the technical aspects of the event, coordinating with relevant parties, and carrying out various activity elements in alignment with the event’s theme and objectives. Through integrated management, every aspect of the event can be executed effectively, ensuring that the event’s message and identity are clearly conveyed to participants and stakeholders.
Results and Impact
The promotional campaign through OOH media successfully increased the visibility of the 61st Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO) as an international legal forum held in Bali. The placement of billboards and hoardings in strategic locations helped reinforce the event’s presence in public spaces and ensured that information about the forum reached both the public and delegates widely.
The media presence also supported the consistent delivery of the event’s visual identity, strengthening AALCO’s image as a key gathering that brings together Asian and African countries to discuss various international legal issues. In addition, the campaign helped reinforce Bali’s position as the host of a globally significant international event.
